BEYOND OIL ANNOUNCES MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Beyond Oil Ltd. will hold a special meeting of shareholders on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 8 a.m. Pacific Time.

The company intends to continue, subject to receipt of shareholder approval, from the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) to the Ontario Business Corporations Act for administrative purposes, as more fully disclosed in the company's information circular dated Feb. 8, 2026, which can be found on the company's SEDAR+ profile.

The special meeting will be held at the offices of Endeavor Trust Corp., Suite 702, 777 Hornby St., Vancouver, B.C.
