BEYOND OIL COMMENCES TRADING ON OTCQB VENTURE MARKET

Beyond Oil Ltd. has successfully upgraded from the Pink Open Market to the OTCQB Venture Market. The upgrade has been approved by OTC Markets Group Inc., and the company will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market on June 2, 2023, under the symbol BEOLF. Beyond Oil's common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol BOIL.
