PURPOSE INVESTMENTS INC. ANNOUNCES FINAL ANNUAL 2024 CAPITAL GAINS DISTRIBUTIONS FOR PURPOSE FUND CORP.

Purpose Investments Inc. has declared the final annual 2024 capital gains distributions for Purpose Fund Corp. The distributions represent capital gains realized by Purpose Fund during the year.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 30, 2025, will receive the 2024 annual capital gains distributions on Feb. 5, 2025, and such gains will be applicable for the 2025 tax year. The final year-end capital gains distributions for Purpose Fund will be paid in cash.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in the attached table.

Purpose confirms that Big Banc Split Corp. will not declare a 2024 annual capital gains distribution.
