BLUENERGIES ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT IS FULLY SUBSCRIBED

Bluenergies Ltd.'s previously announced non-brokered private placement of $10,125,000, as announced earlier today, has been fully subscribed.

Closing of the private placement remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
