(the "Company" or "CryptoBlox") (CSE: BLOX) announced the grant of an aggregate of 5,700,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, and consultants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options will vest over three years and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of CAD$0.065 per share.
