CRYPTOBLOX ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Cryptoblox Technologies Inc. has granted an aggregate of 5.7 million incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants, pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options will vest over three years and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 6.5 cents per share.
