Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of transferable depositary receipts (Canadian depositary receipts or CDRs) to be issued in one or more series, as described in Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 15, 2023. Each series of CDRs relates to a single class of equity securities of an issuer incorporated outside of Canada.

Pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 2, 2024, to the base prospectus, series of CDRs for the underlying issuers listed in the attached table will be listed.

Subject to confirmation of closing, the series of CDRs for the underlying issuers will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at start of trading on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024.
