Bausch + Lomb Corporation (NYSE/TSX: BLCO), a leading global eye health company dedicated to helping people see better to live better, today announced the release of its 2025 Sustainability Impact Report, outlining progress against its environmental, social and governance priorities and introducing The Broader Perspective, the company’s sustainability framework designed to guide future action and accountability.
Anchored in the belief that seeing the full picture leads to smarter decisions and greater impact, the new framework highlights how Bausch + Lomb is working across its global operations and value chain to reduce emissions, prevent waste from the start and build sustainable foundations grounded in integrity, safety and respect.

Advancing Toward Net Zero by 2050
The report reaffirms Bausch + Lomb’s global commitment to achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and outlines actions taken in 2025 to strengthen its decarbonization foundation, including:

Developing a Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions inventory across key categories
