BLOCKCHAINK2 ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING

BlockchainK2 Corp. has closed its non-brokered private placement offering of 4,545,452 common shares of the company at a price of 5.5 cents per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000.

All common shares issued pursuant to the offering are subject to a four-month statutory hold period. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to settle outstanding indebtedness and for general working capital purposes.
