BIGG DIGITAL ASSETS REPORTS AGM RESULTS

Bigg Digital Assets Inc. has released the results of voting at its annual meeting of shareholders held on July 9, 2026.

All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the company's notice of meeting and information circular dated May 29, 2026, which is available on SEDAR+ under the company's profile and on the company's website, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting, including:

• Electing all nominees to the board of directors of the company, including Lance Morginn, Fraser Matthews, Kim Evans, Robert Birmingham, Mark Healy and Anthony Zelen;
• Reappointing KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, as auditor for the ensuing year; and
• Ratifying, approving and confirming the company's omnibus equity incentive plan.
