HERCULES METALS GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
Hercules Metals Corp. has granted 6.65 million incentive stock options effective today to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company pursuant to the company's omnibus incentive plan approved by shareholders of the company on July 15, 2022.
The options were granted to partially compensate the directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company for the cancellation of an aggregate of 20.5 million stock options previously granted under the plan, as described in the company's press releases dated July 30, 2026, and Aug. 7, 2026, and the cancellation of which was announced on Sept. 14, 2026.
The options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $1.31 per common share of the company and will vest in three equal instalments over a period of 24 months, as follows: one-third of the options vest immediately on the grant date; one-third of the options will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date; and one-third of the options will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date.
The granting of the options is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
