BAYHORSE SILVER EXTENDS WARRANTS

Bayhorse Silver Inc. has, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, extended 11,497,000 share purchase warrants with an exercise price of 15 cents per share, currently with a term expiring on March 28, 2025, to extend the term until March 28, 2027, as allowable under the exchange's policies. All other terms remain the same.

Bayhorse Silver is an exploration and production company with a 100-per-cent interest in the historic Bayhorse silver mine, located in Oregon, and the Pegasus project, in Washington county, Idaho. The Bayhorse silver mine and the Pegasus project lie 44 kilometres southwest of Hercules Metals' porphyry copper discovery. The Bayhorse mine includes a state-of-the-art Steinert ore-sorting technology reducing waste rock entering the processing stream by up to 85 per cent.
