BAYHORSE DIRECTOR PASSES

John Cerenzia, a long-time and valued director of Bayhorse Silver Inc., passed away in Toronto on Jan. 6, 2024.

Mr. Cerenzia made significant contributions to Bayhorse over his time as a director and will be sorely missed. Bayhorse officers and directors extend their deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Visitations for Mr. Cerenzia have been entrusted to the DeMarco Funeral Home, Woodbridge chapel (8003 Weston Rd., 905-850-9500), and will commence on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, from 3 to 8 p.m.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024. Immediately following his service, an entombment service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 Hwy. 27, Woodbridge, Ont.) will be held.
