BAYHORSE AMENDS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Bayhorse Silver Inc. BHS: TSX-V (the "Company" or "Bayhorse") The Company announces that, subject to the approval of t
--->he TSX-V, it has amended its previously announced non-brokered private placement consisting of 4,000,000 flow-through 
--->units at $0.15 cents per unit, and 4 million non flow-through units at $0.125 cents per unit. The Company is amending 
--->the price of the flow-through units to $0.125 cents per unit. Each flow through and non-flow through unit consists of 
--->one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable into one common share of the Company a
--->t an exercise price of $0.25 for a period of twenty-four months from the date of issuance.
In addition to any other exemption available to the Company, participation in the non-brokered private placement is al
--->so open to all existing shareholders, even if not accredited investors, under the "existing shareholder" exemption of 
--->National Instrument 45-106 as promulgated in Multilateral CSA notice 45-313 in participating jurisdictions.
Proceeds are to advance the Company's Brandywine project, the Bayhorse Silver Mine and for general corporate purposes.
