COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT HEARS ORAL ARGUMENTS ON PATENT DISPUTE

Bausch Health Companies Inc. and its gastroenterology business, Salix Pharmaceuticals Inc., have provided an update. As scheduled, oral arguments were heard today at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the matter of Salix Pharmaceuticals et al. versus Norwich Pharmaceuticals Inc. As expected, no ruling was issued by the court following these oral arguments.
