The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of warrants.

Number of warrants:  three million

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 8, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  June 8, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:   eight cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of three million common shares with three million common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 7, 2023.
