BULLION GOLD COMPLETES TERRAGOLD VALIDATION PROGRAM WITH 3,909 METRES DRILLED

Bullion Gold Discoveries Corp. has completed its validation drilling program at its 100-per-cent-owned Terragold property, located approximately 12 kilometres south of the municipality of Senneterre, Que., in the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt. A total of 3,909 metres of diamond drilling across 32 diamond drill holes was completed.

Simon Britt, president and chief executive officer of Bullion, commented: "The primary objective of the validation program was to validate the historical data and known gold intersections within the Terragold mineralized system, confirm the continuity of mineralization, and evaluate its complete geochemical signature. Since the program was launched in June, we have advanced several stages of the discovery process simultaneously, from surface prospecting and channel sampling to validation drilling at depth. The shallow drilling intersected the targeted geological and mineralized zones in each of the completed drill holes. Our focus now turns to the assay results and their integration into the geological model. Shareholders can expect a steady flow of drill results beginning in September."

Surface prospecting and channel sampling

Stripping activities resulted in the identification of five outcrops in addition to the Terragold showing. A total of 22 channels, representing more than 180 metres of sampling, were completed across these six outcrops. Assay results are pending for the remaining 20 channels.

Four surface grab samples were collected on June 13, 2026, as part of the company's field preparation program (see news release dated June 30, 2026).

Next steps

Over the coming weeks, Bullion will focus on receiving and interpreting assay results. The new drilling data will be integrated with the historical information and the Terragold 3-D model to identify the areas with the strongest potential for the next phases of exploration.

About the Terragold project

The Terragold project (38 claims, 2,058 hectares) is located approximately 12 kilometres south of the municipality of Senneterre in Abitibi (Quebec, Canada) within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt. The main gold showing, discovered in the early 1960s, has been intersected by drilling over a strike length exceeding two kilometres and to a depth of approximately 250 metres and has seen very limited exploration activity since 1984. The gold-mineralized corridor, associated with a quartz-feldspar porphyry system, remains open in all directions. The potential of the system is supported by a historical 237-kilogram bulk sample grading 3.64 grams per tonne gold, confirming the presence of gold mineralization at surface.

Technical disclosure

All surface channel and grab samples were prepared and analyzed by Agat Laboratories in Val d'Or, Que., an independent commercial laboratory certified under ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Sample preparation includes crushing to 90 per cent passing two millimetres and pulverizing to 90 per cent passing 75 micrometres. Gold analyses were performed by 50-gram fire assay with an atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) finish. Multielement suites, including silver, were analyzed using a four-acid digestion followed by inductively coupled plasma -- optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Bullion Gold strictly adheres to industry-standard quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures. Certified reference materials (standards), blank samples and field/laboratory duplicates are systematically inserted into the sample sequence to monitor analytical precision and accuracy. Surface grab and channel samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of the true width or overall grade of mineralization across the Terragold project.

Qualified person

The scientific and technical information disclosed in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Suzie Tremblay, a member in good standing of the Ordre des geologues du Quebec (OGQ No. 10664), who is a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. All geoscientific activities related to the Terragold project are carried out under the supervision of Ms. Tremblay, vice-president of Explo-Logik.
