The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 23, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 23, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:   10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,899,285 flow-through common shares with 2,899,285 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 4, 2025.
