BEVCANNA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Bevcanna Enterprises Inc., in line with its continued efforts to strengthen its balance sheet, intends to settle debts in the aggregate amount of $258,125 owed by the company to certain creditors of the company in exchange for an aggregate of 169,816 common shares at a deemed price of $1.52 per debt settlement share.
