Bevcanna Enterprises Inc. has consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 20 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,072,061 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.
