BEVCANNA ANNOUNCES PROMISSORY NOTE FINANCING

In line with Bevcanna Enterprises Inc.'s continued efforts to strengthen its working capital position, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Naturo Group Enterprises Inc., is proceeding with a private placement financing of secured promissory notes to raise up to $2-million. Each note matures 12 months from closing date and bears interest of 15 per cent per annum, payable on closing. The notes will be secured against all of Naturo's present and after-acquired personal property, excluding Naturo's intellectual property. The company intends to use the proceeds raised from the note offering for outstanding payables and general working capital purposes. The company may pay finders' fees on the gross proceeds to eligible finders in cash.
