BEVCANNA ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Bevcanna Enterprises Inc.'s Bruce Dawson-Scully has resigned from his position as president of the company, effective Jan. 3, 2024, and director William MacDonald has also resigned, effective Jan. 4, 2024. The company thanks each of Mr. Dawson-Scully and Mr. MacDonald for their contributions to the company.

The company also announces that it has appointed Marcello Leone to the audit committee in place of Mr. MacDonald. The audit committee now consists of Howard Blank, John Campbell and Marcello Leone.
