BEACN ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

All matters submitted to shareholders for approval, as set out in Beacn Wizardry & Magic Inc.'s notice of meeting and information circular (which were mailed to shareholders in connection with the meeting), were approved at the company's annual general and special meeting held in Victoria, B.C., on Aug. 6, 2024.

The shareholders elected Craig Fraser, Daniel Davies, Kevin Alexander and Scott Christopher as directors of the company for the forthcoming year. Sarah Weber ended her tenure as director at Beacn, having offered her support during the transition.

"I'm happy to join the other directors of Beacn as we continue our growth and innovation in the market. Sarah's time as a Beacn director was invaluable. We appreciate her ongoing support and wish her best in all her endeavours," said Craig Fraser, chief executive officer of Beacn.

In addition to the change of director, the shareholders also appointed Davidson & Company LLP as auditor for the company for the ensuing year at a renumeration to be fixed by the directors, and the company's stock option plan was confirmed and approved, pursuant to which the company may grant stock options up to 10 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company at the time of each grant be approved.
