Blackbird Critical Metals Corp. Announces Completion of Debt Settlement and
Appointment of New Director
Vancouver, British Columbia - July 11, 2025 - Blackbird Critical Metals Corp. (CSE: BBRD) (FSE: N79) (OTCQB: BBCMF) (the "Company") announces that it has completed the previously announced debt settlement of $102,000 owed to certain creditors in exchange for the issuance of a total of 377,779 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.27 per share. All securities issued under the debt settlement are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The Company also announces that Allan Larmour has resigned as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Larmour for his contributions and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Gurdeep Bains as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Bains brings over 20 years of financial and business experience.
