BOMBARDIER COMPLETES PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF US$100,000,000 OF ITS 7.875% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2027

Bombardier Inc. has redeemed $100-million (U.S.) principal amount of its outstanding 7.875 per cent senior notes due 2027 as set forth in the notice of partial redemption issued March 14, 2024.

"Bombardier's continued focus on prioritizing debt and net leverage reduction has given our company momentum and enhanced flexibility," said Bart Demosky, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Bombardier. "This latest $100-million prepayment, deploying cash generated from operations, further underscores Bombardier's commitment to improving its capital structure."

Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the redemption notes for redemption are being made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with the applicable procedures of the Depository Trust Company.
