BOMBARDIER COMPLETES REDEMPTION FOR ALL OF ITS 7.50% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2025

Bombardier Inc. has redeemed all of its outstanding $380-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount of its 7.50 per cent senior notes due 2025, as set forth in the notice of redemption issued Nov. 6, 2023.

Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the redemption notes for redemption are being made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with their applicable procedures.
