BLACKBERRY ANNOUNCES ELECTION RESULTS FOR THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The eight nominees listed in BlackBerry Ltd.'s management proxy circular dated May 1, 2026, for the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders, held on June 25, 2026, were elected as directors to serve until BlackBerry's next annual shareholders meeting or until their successors are elected or appointed. The detailed results of the vote are set out in the attached table.
