ARCTIC WOLF AND BLACKBERRY ANNOUNCE CLOSING OF ACQUISITION FOR CYLANCE
Arctic Wolf and BlackBerry Ltd. have closed the acquisition of BlackBerry's Cylance end point security assets by Arctic Wolf. The two companies entered into a definitive agreement on Dec. 15, 2024.
