ELSE NUTRITION ANNOUNCES APPLICATION TO LIST ON THE CSE

Else Nutrition Holdings Inc. has applied to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Further to the company's news release dated April 9, 2026, in connection with the application to list on the CSE, the Toronto Stock Exchange has informed the company that it will grant a 30-day extension to the original May 8, 2026, delisting date in order to provide continuity of trading during the CSE listing application process.

Listing of the common shares on the CSE remains subject to the approval of the CSE and the satisfaction of customary listing conditions, and there can be no assurance that such listing will be obtained.
