The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, April 2, edition that Stifel analyst Stephen Soock has reaffirmed his "buy" recommendation for Aya Gold & Silver. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Soock trimmed his share target to $14 from $16. Analysts on average target the shares at $14.29. Mr. Soock says in a note, "We believe the current weakness in stock could be an attractive point to gain exposure to the long-term growth story, but await the Boumadine resource (mid-April)." The Globe reported on Oct. 24 that National Bank Financial analysts rated Aya Gold "outperform." It was then worth $7.32. The Globe reported on Nov. 29 that Stifel analyst James Hodgins rated Aya Gold "buy." The shares could then be had for $10.06. The Globe reported on Jan. 16 and Feb. 7 that National Bank Financial Markets analyst Don DeMarco rated Aya Gold "outperform," when it was worth $10.21 and $10.16.
