AYA GOLD & SILVER: Q4-2023 RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL ON MARCH 28

Aya Gold & Silver Inc. will release its fourth quarter and full year 2023 results on March 28, 2024, before market open.

Management will host a conference call on the same day, Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the corporation's financial and operational results.

1. All parties must register on-line to participate in the conference call;
