The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Aya Gold & Silver Inc. will list an additional 6,586,000 shares at the open on Feb. 14, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10.25 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 8, 2024.
