The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 29, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  June 29, 2024

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 6.22 million units with 6.22 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 12, 2021. The private placement was completed prior to the completion of the reverse takeover, and subsequently exchanged for warrants of the company.
