The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Golden Minerals Company has rolled back its common shares on a one-new-for-25-old basis, effective at the open on June 9, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol AUMN. The new Cusip number is 381119 4 03.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued as a result of the stock consolidation. Shareholders who would otherwise be entitled to receive a fractional share as a result of the consolidation will instead be issued a full share in lieu of such fractional share.

The TSX has been advised that the shares will be posted for trading on a postconsolidated basis on NYSE American at the open on June 9, 2023.
