1911 GOLD CORPORATION ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Pursuant to a long-term incentive plan, 1911 Gold Corp. has granted stock options to certain employees and a consultant of the company to purchase an aggregate of 700,000 common shares of the company at a price of 34.5 cents per share until Sept. 8, 2030. It has granted options for 350,000 shares to Suzette Ramcharan, the operator of the company's investor relations consultant, WIN Expertise Inc., which will vest one-fourth three months after the date of the grant, one-fourth six months after the date of the grant, one-fourth nine months after the date of the grant and one-fourth 12 months after the date of the grant. The foregoing options are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
