1911 GOLD - GRANT OF DEFERRED SHARE UNITS

Further to 1911 Gold Corp.'s news release of July 8, 2024, the actual number of deferred share units (DSUs) issued to four directors under the company's long-term incentive plan in respect of Q2 (second quarter) 2024 director fees was 103,647. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of the company or, in certain circumstances, a cash payment equal to the value of one share of the company, at the time the holder ceases to be a director of the company.
