PR Newswire

Net revenue of $9.5 to $10.5 billion in Fiscal 20321, representing a 15%-17% CAGR2

Adjusted EBITDA3 of 21% of net revenue by Fiscal 2032

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aritzia Inc. "Our five-year plan builds on the tremendous momentum in our business and the proven growth levers that have driven our success," said Jennifer Wong, Chief Executive Officer. "Our United States business is delivering exceptional results and will remain our primary growth market through Fiscal 2032, with substantial runway still ahead. At the same time, we will begin taking an important step toward our long-term ambition of becoming famous around the world. We believe our unique strengths, long-term mindset and much-loved Everyday Luxury® experience position us to deliver sustained, profitable growth and enduring value for our shareholders."

As part of its strategic and financial plan, the Company intends to execute on the following four strategic levers:

  • Increased Brand Awareness: Aritzia will engage clients throughout the customer journey to bring its Everyday Luxury® experience to a growing audience. This will drive higher brand awareness, attract new clients and deepen loyalty among existing clients.
  • Geographic Expansion: Aritzia plans to open 12 to 14 boutiques and reposition 5 to 7 existing boutiques annually through Fiscal 2032, driving a mid teens CAGR2 in retail square footage. The Company will capitalize on premier real estate opportunities, while expanding its geographic reach beyond Canada and the United States.
  • Sustained Digital Growth: Aritzia is targeting North America digital net revenue of approximately $4.1 to $4.5 billion in Fiscal 2032, representing a CAGR2 of approximately 20%. This growth is expected to be fueled by product expansion, continued investment in digital marketing, the introduction of a loyalty experience and ongoing enhancements to the Company's digital ecosystem.
  • Product Expansion: Aritzia will expand the breadth of its assortment to capture additional share of closet, while continuing to elevate its product across all key elements. Product expansion categories are expected to contribute approximately $1.5 billion in incremental net revenue by Fiscal 2032.

Non-IFRS Financial Measures and Retail Industry Metrics

This press release makes reference to certain non-IFRS Accounting Standards measures ("non-IFRS financial measures") and certain retail industry metrics. These measures are not recognized measures under International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board ("IFRS Accounting Standards"), do not have a standardized meaning prescribed by IFRS Accounting Standards, and are therefore unlikely to be comparable to similar measures presented by other companies. Rather, these measures are provided as additional information to complement those IFRS Accounting Standards measures by providing further understanding of our results of operations from management's perspective. Accordingly, these measures should not be considered in isolation nor as a substitute for analysis of our financial information reported under IFRS Accounting Standards. We use non-IFRS Accounting Standards ratios ("non-IFRS ratios") including "Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of net revenue" (or "Adjusted EBITDA margin") and capital management measures including "capital cash expenditures (net of proceeds from lease incentives)" (or "net capital expenditures") and "free cash flow." These non-IFRS financial measures and retail industry metrics are used to provide investors with supplemental measures of our operating performance and thus highlight trends in our core business that may not otherwise be apparent when relying solely on IFRS Accounting Standards measures. We believe that securities analysts, investors and other interested parties frequently use non-IFRS financial measures and retail industry metrics in the evaluation of issuers. Our management also uses non-IFRS financial measures and retail industry metrics in order to facilitate operating performance comparisons from period to period, to prepare annual operating budgets and forecasts and to determine components of management compensation. For additional information regarding these measures, please see the sections entitled "How We Assess the Performance of our Business", "Non-IFRS Financial Measures and Retail Industry Metrics" and "Selected Financial Information" of the Q2 2027 MD&A and Fiscal 2026 MD&A, available under the Company's profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.com, which are incorporated herein by reference.
