The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Dec. 19, edition that CIBC World Markets analyst Mark Petrie has reaffirmed his "outperformer" recommendation for Aritzia. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Petrie's share target soared $37 to $132. Analysts on average target the shares at $111.66. Mr. Petrie says in a note: "We are updating our estimates for Aritzia ahead of FQ3 earnings in early January. With the successful launch of the Aritzia app at the end of October, along with continued strength in U.S. Alt data, we see meaningful upside to management sales guidance for both the quarter and the full year." The Globe reported on May 27 that Mr. Petrie had reaffirmed his "outperformer" call for Aritzia. The shares were then going for $67. The Globe reported on Oct. 29 that Raymond James analyst Michael Glen continued to rate Aritzia "outperform." The shares could then be had for $98.04.
