Atomic Minerals Corp. is not aware of any undisclosed material information or material change in its business or operations that would account for the recent increase in the market price and trading volume of its common shares.

The company is in compliance with its disclosure obligations under the British Columbia Securities Act and National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The company will continue to keep the market informed as required by applicable securities legislation.
