The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing of an asset purchase agreement dated Feb. 27, 2024, as amended on April 8, 2024, between the company and certain arm's-length parties, whereby the company will acquire nine contiguous mineral claims totalling 6,498.651 hectares, located in the province of Saskatchewan.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company will issue six million shares and pay an aggregate of $200,000 to one of the vendors (vendor A) in order to complete the acquisition of the property. Vendor A shall retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on all future metal production derived from the property, subject to the company's ability to purchase a 1-per-cent NSR royalty for a cash payment of $1-million.
