ALTAI ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND STOCK OPTION GRANTS

At Altai Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting of the shareholders held on Nov. 24, 2023, in Toronto, Dr. Niyazi Kacira, Jeffrey S. Ackert, Maria Au and Harold Tan were elected as directors of the company.

At the meeting, MS Partners LLP was appointed as auditor of the company.

On Nov. 24, 2023, the company granted stock options to four directors and an officer, for a total of one million shares, to purchase common shares of the company at an exercise price of 10 cents per share and expiring Nov. 23, 2028. The grants are to replace options that expired on Aug. 29, 2023, without being exercised and for an option of 200,000 shares to a new director.
