ALTAI ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

Altai Resources Inc. director Dr. Mehmet F. Taner has passed away. Dr. Taner had been a director of the company since August, 2012, until his death. He had made valuable contributions to Altai during his tenure of directorship and he will be sadly missed.

Altai also announces the appointment of Harold Tan as a director of the company, effective Oct. 23, 2023. He obtained his LLM (ADR) degree from Osgoode Law School, Ontario, and has been a dispute resolution consultant and a mediator for over 30 years to the present.
