REMINDER: ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD TO HOST ITS 2026 BUSINESS STRATEGY UPDATE ON FEBRUARY 11TH, 2026

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has issued a reminder of its 2026 business strategy update on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Time.

Alex Miller, president and chief executive officer, and Filipe Da Silva, chief financial officer, will be joined by select members of Couche-Tard's executive leadership team to outline the next phase of the company's strategic priorities, key growth initiatives and long-term vision. A question-and-answer session will follow.
