ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD TO HOST 2023 ANALYST AND INVESTOR CONFERENCE ON OCTOBER 11TH

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. will host its 2023 analyst and investor conference on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023, in Phoenix, Ariz., at 8 a.m. MST (11 a.m. EDT). The presentations, which are expected to last approximately four hours, will be followed by store visits and feature Brian Hannasch, president and chief executive officer, and other members of Couche-Tard's executive leadership team.

The presentations will provide an in-depth overview of the corporation, as well as set forth key growth initiatives and outline a new multiyear strategic plan. A question-and-answer session, during which members of the investment community known to the corporation can ask questions to the management team, will follow the presentations.

A webcast will be available to financial analysts, investors, media and any individuals interested in viewing the hybrid event by visiting the events and presentations page of Couche-Tard's corporate website. Supplemental materials will be available the morning of the event.
