ARWAY ANNOUNCES SHARE ISSUANCE

Arway Corp. has completed its previously announced issuance of an aggregate of 1,483,824 common shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per share in consideration of past services.

The shares are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
