ARWAY CORP ANNOUNCES SHARE ISSUANCE

ARway Corp. has entered into agreements with certain service providers of the company pursuant to which the company proposes to issue an aggregate of up to 1,483,824 common shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per share in consideration of past services and satisfaction of outstanding indebtedness.

The share issuances remain subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
