ARWAY.AI APPOINTS NEW INDEPENDENT AUDITOR, DAVIDSON & COMPANY LLP

At ARway Corp.'s request, Davidson & Company LLP has been appointed as the company's new independent auditor, effective immediately. Davidson's retention follows the resignation of the former auditor, Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants, at the company's request.

There were no modifications of opinion contained in Saturna Group's reports on the company's annual financial statements. Over the next month, ARway will complete the change of auditor process in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations).
