The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with the Blackwater project participation agreement dated April 18, 2019, as assumed by the company's subsidiary, BW Gold Ltd., pursuant to a notice and agreement to be bound dated Aug. 21, 2020, in connection with the acquisition of the Blackwater gold project accepted for filing by the exchange on Aug. 24, 2020. Pursuant to the terms of the participation agreement, the company will issue an aggregate of 500,000 common shares to the Lhoosk'uz Dene Nation for reaching the required authorization date milestone.
