The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, Sept. 25, edition that analysts at National Bank Financial believe the macroeconomic environment supports precious metal prices due to ongoing political uncertainty, declining real rates, persistent inflation and central banks continuing to be net purchasers. The Globe's David Leeder writes that the National Bank analysts continue to rate Artemis Gold "outperform." The analysts gave their share target a $3.50 boost to $40.50. Analysts on average target the shares at $41.11. On Wednesday the bank reaffirmed its bullish outlook for prices in the months ahead. National Bank analyst Don DeMarco says in a note: "First pour (January) and commercial production (May) achieved without incident supporting confidence in operations teams. 2025 guidance confirms lower decile costs with visibility for a step-change in cash flow in 2026, deleveraging and funding Phase 2 in due course." The Globe reported on June 25 that analysts at National Bank Financial rated Artemis Gold "outperform." It was then worth $24.78. The Globe reported on Aug. 20 that RBC Dominion Securities analyst Harrison Reynolds had reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Artemis Gold. It was then worth $27.50.
