ARTEMIS FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT

Artemis Gold Inc. has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report, entitled "Blackwater Gold Project British Columbia -- NI 43-101 Technical Report on Pre-Feasibility Study," with an effective date of Aug. 26, 2020. The technical report is available for review on SEDAR and on the company's website.

The results of the technical report supporting the results of a prefeasibility study to the company's recently acquired and 100-per-cent-owned Blackwater gold project in central British Columbia were originally presented in a news release dated Aug. 26, 2020, which is also available for review on SEDAR and the company's website.
